Saludos amigos de esta comunidad
El lunes pasado salí en compañía de mis hermanas y mi sobrina al cine. A pesar de que muchas de estas películas se pueden ver luego de un tiempo en las diferentes opciones que la internet nos ofrece, no se puede comparar a la sensación de estar en la oscuridad de una sala de cine, cómodamente sentados, concentrados en la pantalla, escuchando solo el sonido de la película.
Fuimos al cine del centro comercial IPSFA en la ciudad de Caracas. Previamente, habíamos chequeado la cartelera y una película nos llamó la atención a pesar de no ser de las más populares y taquilleras. Había un festival de cine europeo y estaba en cartelera una película francesa del año 2022 llamada "El extraño caso de Jacky Caillou". Con un tema muy interesante y una hermosa fotografía, a mí me encantó. Este era el resumen que mostraba la página del cine.
Pero más allá de este resumen, la película tiene un mensaje extraordinario sobre habilidades que tenemos como seres humanos, pero que pocos conocemos. Somos seres complejos y el ambiente fantástico y a la vez natural en que se desarrolla la trama es hermoso. Se las recomiendo si quieren ver algo diferente
Nos sucedió que mis dos hermanas, mi sobrina y yo éramos las únicas personas que compramos entradas para esa función de las 2 pm, mientras que la cola para ver "Una película de Minecraft" era muy larga.
Comenzamos a ver la película sentadas en la última fila de arriba y, como es nuestra costumbre, llevamos café, torta, chocolates y galletas. Algo muy diferente a las tradicionales cotufas y refrescos.
Al terminar la película, que a todas nos gustó, nos ocurrió algo muy gracioso. No abrieron las puertas de abajo para que saliéramos, ni prendieron las luces; parecía que se habían olvidado de que estábamos allí. Cuando salimos por la puerta principal, venía una de las trabajadoras corriendo y ofreciendo disculpas.
Afuera la cantidad de personas era bastante, sobre todo de jóvenes, para ver la segunda función de Una película de Minecraft.
Nosotras bajamos hasta el supermercado para comprar algunas cosas y al salir no podíamos dejar de ir a nuestro acostumbrado lugar para tomar café y comer dulce, ya es una costumbre.
Caminamos una cuadra hasta la panadería y allí pedimos el café marrón o con leche, tibio o caliente de acuerdo al gusto de cada quién y nos obsequiaron unas galletas. Nos sentamos en las mesas que están ubicadas en el pasillo.
Allí hicimos las fotografías y conversamos tranquilamente mientras tomamos el cafecito.
Es un momento muy agradable estar en buena compañía en un ambiente tranquilo.
Y mientras lo haciamos scuchamos los loros y las guacamayas que, a esa hora de la tarde, ya atardeciendo, alborotan con sus graznidos el paseo Los Próceres mientras vuelan buscando sus árboles para dormir. Son un espectáculo hermoso.

Last Monday I went out with my sisters and my niece to the movies. Although many of these movies can be seen after a while in the different options that the internet offers us, it cannot compare to the feeling of being in the darkness of a movie theater, comfortably seated, focused on the screen, listening only to the sound of the movie.
We went to the movie theater at the IPSFA shopping mall in Caracas. Previously, we had checked the billboard and one movie caught our attention even though it was not one of the most popular and blockbuster movies. There was a European film festival and a French movie from the year 2022 called The Strange Case of Jacky Caillou was playing. With a very interesting theme and beautiful photography, I loved it. This was the summary shown on the cinema page.
But beyond this summary, the movie has an extraordinary message about abilities that we have as human beings, but that few of us know about. We are complex beings and the fantastic and at the same time natural environment in which the plot develops is beautiful. I recommend it if you want to see something different.
It happened that my two sisters, my niece and I were the only people who bought tickets for that 2 pm showing, while the line to see A Minecraft Movie was very long.
We started watching the movie sitting in the last row upstairs and, as is our custom, we brought coffee, cake, chocolates and cookies. Something very different from the traditional cotufas and soft drinks.
At the end of the movie, which we all enjoyed, something very funny happened to us. They did not open the doors downstairs for us to leave, nor did they turn on the lights; it seemed that they had forgotten we were there. When we left through the front door, one of the workers came running out and apologized.
Outside there were quite a lot of people, especially young people, to see the second showing of A Minecraft Movie.
We went down to the supermarket to buy some things and when we left we could not miss our usual place to have coffee and eat sweets, it is already a habit.
We walked a block to the bakery and there we ordered and were given some cookies. We sat at the tables located in the hallway.
There we took pictures and chatted quietly while drinking coffee. It is a very pleasant moment to be in good company in a quiet environment, listening to the parrots and the macaws that, at that time of the afternoon, already at dusk, are making noise with their squawks in the promenade Los Próceres while they fly looking for their trees to sleep. They are a beautiful sight.
