Saludos amigos de Holos&lotus en esta oportunidad me uno a la iniciativa
Conciencia colectiva:
Construyendo un mundo mas compasivo...mas humanizado.

Este tema me llamó de inmediato la atencion por su importancia y esta es una muy buena oportunidad para compartir ideas y experiencias

Quiero contarles una experiencia que viví hace unos pocos días y que es un ejemplo de como los seres humanos nos conectamos a traves de las emociones y los valores, para no solo expresar lo que sentimos sino que va un paso más alla y es decidir hacer algo en beneficio de una situacion que involucre o bien otras personas, otras especies animales, la naturaleza o el ambiente donde vivimos con todo lo que esto incluye.

En la comunidad donde vivo desde hace aproximadamente veinte años, en los jardines fueron sembrados desde los inicios de estas residencias formada por cuatro edificios, árboles y palmeras, entre estas varios chaguaramos y palmas de abanico.

Algunos de ellos los he visto morir con el tiempo, pero la mayoria permanece altivos siendo además lugar de cobijo de aves, principalmente loros y pericos que con gran algarabia vuelan de una palma a otra en horas de la mañana y al atardecer. Son un reloj de la naturaleza.

Por medio de los grupos de whatsApp se informó que iban a cortar tres palmas de abanico para construir un techo. ¿Era necesario e imprescindible hacerlo? Para algunas personas si, las que habian tomado la decisión y quizas algunas otras personas de la comunidad que estaban de acuerdo con esto. Para otros era indiferente.

Pero sucedio que una persona escribio lo que estaba por pasar y dio su opinión. Ella no estaba de acuerdo, no queria que las plantas fueran cortadas. Y a ese primer comentario, le siguieron muchos otros. Personas que les parecia un acto de crueldad y de atropello hacia las palmas y la comunidad.

Se justifico porqué no debian cortarlas: Unos comentaron porque eran seres vivos. Otros decian que ellas eran el hogar de los pájaros. Estas palmas nos han acompañado durante muchos años. Son hermosas, nos dan sombra.

Son muchas las razones para no cortar un árbol y las palmas no se pueden podar porque al hacerlo se mueren. La mayoria de las personas estaban concientes de que no debia hacerse. Tenian que buscar otra solución para construir el techo.

Y esta conciencia colectiva fue aumentando y llegó a la cordinacion de las residencias para plantear el problema. Se hizo la primera acción pero no hubo una respuesta satisfactoria. La directiva estaban de acuerdo con cortar las palmas, el techo era necesario y ya se habia hecho la estructura.

Pues había que tomar otra acción y la conciencia colectiva llevo a las personas a pararse frente a las palmas el día que las iban a cortar, protegiendolas.

Estas palmas no se van a cortar. Busquen otra solución. Esta fue la voz de las personas que allí estaban. Fue la voz de la conciencia colectiva.

Y fue tanta la fortaleza y decisión de las personas que se unieron para apoyar esta acción, que salvaron las palmas. Ya no se cortarian. El techo habia que redimensionarlo.

Yo me sentí feliz de que esto hubiera ocurrido porque en la comunidad tenemos muchas veces desacuerdos y discusiones, pero en este caso, hubo unión y la mayoría de las personas estuvieron conectadas para algo muy bueno, algo maravilloso como lo es la protección de otros seres vivos: las plantas.

Es interesante saber como se produce esta conciencia colectiva.

🌿La comunicación entre las personas que permitio informar sobre lo que estaba ocurriendo.
🌿Poder conocer la opinión individual
🌿 Los valores morales de cada persona fue compartido. Todos los que participaron fueron concientes del valor de lo que defendian.
🌿La solidaridad.

Podemos soñar con una humanidad mas conectada no solo entre nosotros sino también con la naturaleza.

Cuando el miedo, la desconfianza, el egoismo impulsa nuestros actos, dejamos a un lado la oportunidad de integrarnos y ayudarnos.

Somos seres complejos que respondemos a instintos y también a la razón que está determinada por los conocimientos y aprendizajes que cada persona ha acumulado en la vida. Son sus valores individuales. Es la conciencia individual.

Pero si esa conciencia depende de lo que creemos que está bién o mal, cuando coincidimos en algúno de estos valores ,se puede generar una conciencia colectiva en apoyo a una situación en particular, pero debe haber una manera de conectarnos para que se produzca. Aislados cada uno en su mundo es dificil, debe ocurrir una sensibiĺizacion y comunicación.

I want to tell you about an experience I lived a few days ago that is an example of how human beings connect through emotions and values to not only express what we feel but it goes a step further and is to decide to do something for the benefit of a situation that involves either other people, other animal species, nature or the environment where we live with all that this includes.

In the community where I live for about twenty years, in the gardens were planted since the beginning of these residences formed by four buildings, trees and palms among these several chaguaramos and fan palms.

Some of them I have seen die over time but most of them remain haughty being also a place of shelter for birds mainly parrots and parakeets that fly with great fanfare from one palm to another in the morning and at sunset. They are a clock of nature.

Through whatapp groups the news spread that they were going to cut three fan palms to build a roof. Was it necessary and essential to do so? For some people yes, those who had made the decision and perhaps some other people in the community who agreed with it. For others it was indifferent.

But it happened that one person wrote what was about to happen and gave her opinion. She didn't agree, she didn't want the plants to be cut down. And that first comment was followed by many others. People who thought it was an act of cruelty and an outrage against the palms and the community.

They justified why they should not cut them, some commented because they are living beings. Others said that they were the home of the birds. They have accompanied us for so many years. They are beautiful, they give us shade.

There are many reasons not to cut a tree and palms cannot be pruned because they die. Most people were aware that it should not be done. They had to look for another solution to build the roof.

And this collective conscience was growing and reached the residences' cordinacion to raise the problem, the first action was taken but there was no satisfactory answer. The board of directors agreed to cut the palms, the roof was necessary and the structure had already been built.

So another action had to be taken and the collective conscience led people to stand in front of the palms protecting them, the day they were going to cut them.

These palms are not going to be cut. Look for another solution. This was the voice of the people who were there. It was the voice of the collective conscience.

And such was the strength and determination of the people who came together to support this action, that the palms were saved. They would no longer be cut. The roof had to be resized.

I was happy that this happened because in the community we often have disagreements and discussions, but in this case, there was unity and most of the people were connected for something very good, something wonderful like the protection of other living beings.

It is interesting to know how this collective consciousness is produced.

What made possible the development of this consciousness according to what I could observe

We can dream of a humankind more connected not only with each other but also with nature.

When we only respond to fear, mistrust and selfishness, we leave aside the opportunity to integrate and help each other.

We are complex beings that respond to instincts and also to reason, which is determined by the knowledge and learning that each person has accumulated in life. It is their individual values. It is the individual consciousness.

But if that consciousness depends on what we believe is right or wrong, when we coincide in some of these values, a collective consciousness can be generated towards a particular situation, but there must be a way to connect us for it to happen. Isolated each one in his own world is difficult, a sensitization and communication must occur.
