Hello friends, I hope everyone is well. My country is now in the rainy season. It starts to rain every day. Today, as I am writing this article, it is raining. The rainy season is good in one way because my garden saves time watering the plants I planted. But the disadvantage is that when I go into the garden, I get dirty with the wet soil that sticks to my boots.
Today, I got a mango from my aunt. She has termites in her garden. I have never seen a round mango like this before. The ones I have seen are smaller. The mango my aunt gave me is big enough to fill my hand. I wanted to try it and see what it tastes like. So I peeled it and cut it into pieces to make it easier to eat. It was almost overflowing.
After I tried the first piece, the feeling I got was that it was oily. But after that, it was sour. The slight sourness was just right, but the oiliness was more prominent than the slight sourness. For me, it tastes good. But I have to make a sauce to eat with it to make it even more delicious.
I still don't know what kind of mango it is. It is round, big enough to fill my palm. The skin is golden yellow. Do any of my friends have mangoes like this at home? Or if anyone likes to eat mangoes, please comment and discuss.
