You named some radical changes in the post, like migrating to another country, or moving to another city, starting a business... Those are good examples for leaving the comfort zone, but some smaller things also count... When you try new things in your profession, innovate, or research and learn about your job and yourself... Those small things where you WORK to be better count immensively as going out of the comfort zone...
On the other side, I suppose we can sometimes stay a bit in our comfort zone and enjoy the fruits of our labor... 😃 But, not too long, as it becomes dangerous... 😃
