Obstacles on the Road .:. WorkerBee PH-Pool Week 262

By @ph1102•2/16/2026•hive-125125

Obstacles are all around us... In crypto, on HIVE, in our workplaces, in our lives, everywhere... There are different ways in which people react when they find themselves, and that's probably the biggest difference between rich and poor, optimists and pessimists, good and bad, etc. Maybe just the bear market talks out of me, but I have reflected on this topic today... How do I react when I encounter the obstacle...

I took this photo today, on my morning walk, on a path where I had never before... It goes through the dry river bed of the Vinalopo, which had probably better days in the past, when it had water... Anyways, today I was "walking on the water", and as we had those already mentioned strong winds, there was this big fallen tree in the middle of the path... From a distance, it looked like an obstacle that was impossible to pass, but when I got closer, I found a "passage" between branches... and I did pass!

That made me think of my similar life (and business) adventures... How did I react when I encounter and obstacle? Well, it depends on the occasion, but I had different reactions...

1. "Remove" the obstacle!

There were many obstacles, especially when I began my first entrepreneurial adventure... I had no idea about the problems and obstacles that come when you launch the company... Dozens of different taxes, jealousy of competition owners, people who undermine you on the road, etc. One of the big ones was the case when I had an IRS (it's called differently in my country, but for the sake of understanding, I will use this term) on my back... I didn't do anything wrong, but some "bad client" sent an anonymous call, and they had to react... On my bad luck, the guy from the IRS was one of those who like to "show their authority" and WANT to fine you! He spent over a week in my company, trying to find some dirty laundry (which didn't exist)... Or maybe he was waiting to be bribed, I'm not sure... But that time, I stood until the last moment, slowly removing the obstacle...

2. Move on...

This is an interesting "solution" for an obstacle... I would say that in that analogy with a fallen tree, that was "moving on"... I didn't try to remove the tree from the path, as it was impossible to do, but rather strategically, move under it, and continue my walk... The same happened recently with my hosting business, which I was describing in some of my previous posts... My server was hacked over and over again, and instead of fighting against it for who knows how long, I just moved on... It was time to do so, and I did... and to be honest, that was the best decision I made in 2025 (and maybe last decade)... I moved my main focus to more important things and changed my priorities...

3. Quit!

Well, quitting is also one of the valid solutions too... Sometimes it is better to quit early than to drag the issue for a long time... Not all things depend only on us, and we can't control everything... Instead of pulling the obstacle with us, it's better to leave it, take a few steps back, and find a different path... It's like hitting the wall with a small hammer... You can do it millions of times, but it will not fall...

Of course, I did quit on some things... and it was hurtful... I remember the 2008 crisis, and the time a few months BEFORE it happened... My business partners and I decided to expand our business to an additional 2 cities at the same time... We took loans, made business arrangements, resolved logistic issues, and made a step... It was all great for the first 2-3 months, and the big world crisis came! Our sales literally went to ZERO for almost a whole month! After struggling for 6-7 months, we had to quit... It wasn't sustainable, we had bills to pay, loans to return...

I had many more examples, but I would like to hear how you react when you encounter an obstacle. Do you always react in the same way, or do you act differently, depending on the occasion? I would like to hear your experiences...

Let's see the WorkerBee Pool numbers for this week...

This week, we have mined 107 BEE tokens in total, 1 token more than the week before!

This week, we lost 1 and got 1 new delegator! Welcome to the pool, @mightyrocklee! Also, we got new additional delegations from old members, too! Thanks for your continuous support, guys and girls! I really appreciate it!

This pool doesn't charge fees, and you can earn up to 20% more by delegating to it!

What about the bonus tokens?

Last week I was distributing LEN tokens, this time it's the turn for the CTPSB tokens! That is another token from the @liotes ecosystem, which was acquired on our journey... It has a sound tokenomics, based on HivePower, so the token value goes up indexed in HIVE... Ideal for a passive income for people who believe in HIVE! NFA!

There will be distributed 2.9 CTPSB tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!

2.9 CTPSB tokens will be distributed as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 12.724%, and when we added the bonus, it went up to 15.278%!

I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens when creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...

If you want to join the WorkerBee PH-Pool, the only thing that you have to do is to STAKE tokens to YOUR account and DELEGATE your staked WORKERBEE tokens to THIS account (@ph1102)! Every week, you will get your portion of mined BEE tokens and BONUS rewards!

.:. DO NOT STAKE TOKENS TO MY ACCOUNT!!! Just DELEGATE! .:.
