Taste: Sweet, with caramel, molasses, a huge dose of vanilla, some woodiness, and a mouth-drying finish with lots of fruit coming through at the end. Very thick, no bitterness, and alcohol is not noticeable.
Carbonation: Low.
Notes:
Three years after bottling, it feels less sweet, and the woody notes are no longer as dominant.
