Basically my life story
In this case though the title not only refers to the power being cut in our country due to loadshedding which is what they call leaving major parts in darkness because the darkness - our government / energy provider - have gone and wasted all the money on buying KFC and fancy cars. Most likely they also pay a pretty sum for hookers and one can only hope that they deliver a few serious STD's to their families. They arthe e government so there is nothing too heinous for them.
Basically I failed to deliver anything that makes sense over an hour period, many restarts be it because of stupid cars driving past or some mongrel person trying to talk to me as I mind my own business truding down the roads of our neighbourhood.
The only benefit of my pathetic voice deilvery is that if I ever attempt it again then surely it can only be better? Regardless I will say it is intentional and that is what is called a performance. I chose to upload to soundcloud because I can be assured that they will deliver the audio reliably to whomever wants to listen, and while my power was out I got the embed code and thought sure I can do this via @partiko but obviously as most things steem and more broadly blockchain it seems they forget that there is a whole internet with other services that have a thing called integration.
I feel it is similar with many businesses where they are intent on only delivering the limited things they produce and will never refer you to someone who can do it better, if they are the type that will always "try to help" because it is so close to what "they already do". Anything for a quick buck.
If you can't deliver there are two ways about it, given you are asummed to be able to deliver.
1. Refer and say the other people or company is better.
- If your boss is not there then that is very simple.
2. Accept and use the words try, attempt and maybe a lot.
- If you are fortunate they understand English
3. The above actualy does not always work because you said yes I will try they only hear yes.
- Don't do it, and wait for them to get so damn angry they never return.
I really enjoy number 3, I know I should not but there are cases like with the Red lipstick whore that comes to our shop. Pretentious, always showing off how much she has, always reminding you that she is a customer and therefor akin to God. Then pays big bills in small change? WTF. I refuse to deliver service with a smile to that person and in fact no service ever needs be delivered with a smile.
Really this topic is a shlep, there is just so much and I can't seem to focus. Thus I will be delivering subpar content - assuming my content could go lower - fragmented thoughts and an over use of the word delivery of such a measure that I do not want to hear it after today.
