My 3speaking Today

Hey, what's up, gamers! As always, welcome to my 3speak channel and post. Well, players, today, after doing some research and studying hardware and a bit of programming—as part of my duties as a math student and researcher—and after fixing an audio issue on my computer, I decided to take some time to continue my quest for the mighty Master Sword in Zelda: A Link to the Past : ) . By the way, I have to highlight just how memorable the soundtrack for this game is. It might seem irrelevant at this point, but seriously, pay attention to the soundtrack for this Zelda—it’s simply unforgettable.

By this sixth gameplay session, we’ve come to realize just how important it is for the story’s continuity and successful progression to talk to and interact with every NPC on the map; at least in Kakariko Village, we encounter several NPCs who provide information and interactions that are crucial to the plot’s development. For example, in this village, in addition to the boy who gave us the information and the corresponding location on the map of the village elder who knows where the Master Sword is, there were also other NPCs who gave us important information for side quests and, of course, crucial items like the magic bottle—which we bought for 100 rupees—and the bug-catching net, which was given to us by a sick boy, as can be seen around the 03:05 mark of the gameplay.

Finally, after obtaining the magic bottle, we decided to set out on a journey to eastern Hyrule, toward the X marked by the old man’s grandson in the village, to meet him and go straight for the Master Sword. But first, on the way to the X, we encountered—as always—stiff resistance from the soldiers of the wizard Agahnim, which is why we had to stop by Link’s house again to collect hearts and restore our health. One of our next goals before meeting with the old man is to use the magic bottle for the first time at the potion shop. With nothing more to add, thanks for joining me this far, and see you on the next adventure : )
