Utensils:
- Electric mixer
- Mold for large cake.
Ingredients:
- 500 gr of flour
- 300 gr of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 220 gr of butter
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
Steps
1- In a bowl place the eggs for about 5 minutes until they are well fluffy and a little white.
2-. Add the sugar in two parts and beat.
3-. Melt butter 220gr and integrate little by little.
4-.Add the milk, vanilla and baking powder.
5-. Place the sugar and beat slowly until it is completely homogenous.
6- Bring some butter and flour in the whole mold, pour the mixture. Preheat the oven to 180 ° for about 5 minutes and place it in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Try it with a stick and when it is completely dry it will be.
7- When you are ready, let it cool for about 20 minutes and then unmold it and get ready to decorate it.

You can decorate it with meringue adding different colors, sparks of colors, I am not very expert with the decoration part. I do the basics as you can see in the image.
