Creamy Chicken Soup

Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I'm going to share a recipe for creamy and savory chicken soup, perfect for enjoying in the current rainy and cold season. This is my entry for @qurator 's contest : Qurator's Hive Top Chef this week. This recipe very easy and practical to make, so let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of chicken breast

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 corn

  • 1 onion

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 350 ml of water

  • 400 ml of whole milk

  • 1 teaspoon of oregano

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper

  • Margarine
    Steps:

  • Clean the ingredients and drain them

  • Dice the chicken breast and carrot

  • Dice the carrot and thenmove the kernels from 1 corn cob and set aside

  • Chop the onion and garlic and set aside

  • Sauté the garlic in margauntil fragrant

  • Add the onion then sauté until fragrant

  • Add the chicken breast pieces and cook until half done

  • Add the carrots and corn

  • Add the flour and stir until well mixed

  • Add water and cook until the chicken is fully cooked

  • Add oregano

  • Add milk and stir until thickened

  • Add salt and pepper for seasoning

  • Turn off the heat, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with dried parsley

  • Creamy chicken soup is ready to serve
