Arrancar un proyecto colectivo, es sinceramente un gran desafío y más aún, cuando uno está acostumbrado a trabajar solo. Pero soy consciente que debo verlo, no como una traba en el camino, sino, una oportunidad para crecer. Porque, sinceramente, de eso se trata "Crecer".

Starting a collective project is honestly a great challenge, especially when you are used to working alone. But I am aware that I must see it, not as an obstacle in the way, but as an opportunity to grow. Because, sincerely, that is what "growing" is all about.
Algunos, conocerán parte de mi historia y sabrán que desde muy niño (aproximadamente, desde los 10 años), me quede solo, junto a mi hermano levemente menor que yo y a mi padre. La familia completa se mudó a la gran ciudad, en busca de oportunidades y también, por la enfermedad terminal de mi madre.
Quizás, esas heridas emocionales de la infancia, no resueltas, es lo que me lleva a siempre intentar resolver, cualquier tipo de situaciones, por motus propio (aunque @zutodoterreno piense lo contrario). En realidad, lo que aprendí es a apalancarme de personas, quizás en algunos aspectos mejores que yo. Es decir, si tengo que hacer un trámite en el banco, le pido a Zuni, que ella es una experta en esas situaciones o si quiero, comer algo muy elaborado, lo pongo como reto a mi hijo que le encanta cocinar para que lo haga.

Some of you may know part of my story and know that since I was a child (approximately 10 years old), I was left alone with my brother, who was slightly younger than me, and my father. The whole family moved to the big city in search of opportunities and also because of my mother's terminal illness.
Perhaps, those unresolved emotional wounds from childhood, is what leads me to always try to solve, any kind of situations, by my own initiative (although @zutodoterreno thinks otherwise). Actually, what I learned is to leverage myself on people, maybe in some aspects better than me. That is, if I have to do some paperwork at the bank, I ask Zuni, she is an expert in those situations or if I want to eat something very elaborate, I put it as a challenge to my son who loves cooking to make it.
Pero en mi nicho (la creación de contenidos y todo lo referido a mis ocupaciones), soy consciente que me cuesta delegar y es ese el desafío, que debo afrontar, para crecer.
Después, de muchas idas y vueltas, por diferentes motivos, muy justificados, el proyecto de #HiveArgentina, se venía dilatando y era menester, darle un punto de partida, sí o sí.
Junto con Marluy (@mamaemigrante), Nurys (@numa26) y Pablo (@pablo1601), nos pusimos de acuerdo y con la compañia de Laura (@lauramica) y Leo (@cre47ti3), arrancamos con todos los hierros, el proyecto que nos tiene ocupados y emocionados.
De acuerdo, a mi entender, tuvimos muy buena receptividad en nuestra presentación y también, en la primera iniciativa pensada, por Marluy. Obviamente, la emoción del momento, no tiene que hacernos perder de vista, que esto recién es el comienzo, de un largo camino, que estoy seguro de que nos llevara a colocar a #HiveArgentina, en lo más alto.

But in my niche (content creation and everything related to my occupations), I am aware that it is difficult for me to delegate and that is the challenge I have to face in order to grow.
After many comings and goings, for different reasons, very justified, the #HiveArgentina project had been delayed and it was necessary to give it a starting point, yes or yes.
Together with Marluy (@mamaemigrante), Nurys (numa26) and Pablo (pablo1601), we agreed and with the company of Laura (@lauramica) and Leo (@cre47ti3), we started with all the irons, the project that has us busy and excited.
According to me, we had very good receptivity in our presentation and also in the first initiative thought by Marluy. Obviously, the excitement of the moment should not make us lose sight of the fact that this is just the beginning of a long road, which I am sure will lead us to place #HiveArgentina at the top.
Intento comprender, día a día, la filosofía de Hive y aplicarlo, a través de mis interacciones en los diferentes proyectos que participo. Y es por eso, que muchas veces debo decir y/o marcar un error, pero lo que deseo es que nadie se lo tome personal. Cada vez que marco algo, es porque a mí en su momento me lo han marcado y creo que eso es lo que debemos transmitir.
Entiendo por coherencia, a la acción de que, lo que se dice, es lo que debemos hacer. Es decir, si te digo que la interacción es importante y debes aplicarlo, obviamente debo ser yo el primero en generar interacción genuina en mis contenidos y en el de los demás compañeros.

I try to understand, day by day, the philosophy of Hive and to apply it, through my interactions in the different projects I participate in. And that is why, many times I have to say and/or mark a mistake, but what I want is that no one takes it personally. Every time I mark something, it is because I have been marked at the time and I think that is what we must convey.
I understand coherence as the action that, what is said, is what we should do. That is to say, if I tell you that interaction is important and you must apply it, obviously I must be the first to generate genuine interaction in my contents and in those of my colleagues.
En esta primera semana de trabajo en equipo, estamos creando lazos, conociendonos y pronto vendrán muchos proyectos en común, que nos afianzarán mas aún.
Invito, a todos los creadores de contenidos, en especial a los de Argentina, que sumemos esfuerzo, para mover la rueda de este colectivo, que se llama Hive Argentina. Los primeros días serán de muchos esfuerzos y casi nada de recompensas, (como todo proyecto en la vida), pero una vez, que la rueda empieza a moverse, creanme que los beneficios se verán en demasía.
Quería, escribir estas lineas, para dejar plasmado en nuestra querida blockchain mi percepción, de lo acontecido en la primera semana, en el equipo de Hive Argentina.
Me encantaría conocer sus opiniones, en el lugar indicado para tal fin.

In this first week of teamwork, we are creating bonds, getting to know each other and soon there will be many common projects that will strengthen us even more.
I invite all content creators, especially those from Argentina, to join efforts to move the wheel of this collective, which is called Hive Argentina. The first days will be of many efforts and almost no rewards, (like any project in life), but once the wheel starts to move, believe me that the benefits will be seen too much.
I wanted to write these lines, to leave in our beloved blockchain my perception of what happened in the first week, in the Hive Argentina team.
I would love to know your opinions, in the right place for that purpose.
