New Personal Record Deadlift at 345LBs, and two 360LBs fails. Old PR was 315LBs

Had a goal set for 375 LBs in my deadlift for my upcoming meat on February 25th. After working my way up from 315 I was able to get to 345 before failing on a big jump to 360. I'm hoping I will be able to get that 360 up next time starting at 340 and working up from there. This was the first time I really ever did deadlifts till failure. So as my body gets used to that I think I will be abe to blow past 360 in a few days as the meet comes closer and closer.
