Hello everyone,I'm here to show you how I prepare yam flour and okra soup.yam flour is derived from yam and it contains essential nutrients that are beneficial to the body.some of the benefits includes:yam flour is a rich source of fibre which is good for weight loss.it also contains potassium and manganese which are important for bone health and growth.its also known as "Amala"In Yorubaland.
Okra provides good nutrients and it helps to manage blood sugar.
ingredients
.10 okro
3 cups of yam flour
.1 bitterleaf
.7 red pepper
.2 cooking spoon of red oil
.half onions
.salt to taste
.water
preparation
I cut the seed of my red pepper,i rinsed it, i cut my onion and i sliced it.

I rinsed it,i put little water inside my blender and i blended it for 10min.i poured back inside the small plate

I rinsed my okra,i cut out the down part and i sliced it with my knife.then I chopped it on my tray.i chopped it for 10mins

Afterwards,i put my pot on fire,i poured my Palm oil and i bleached it for 5mins

I poured my pepper inside the oil,i put my salt and i covered it to boil for 10mins

While my pepper was boiling,i sliced my bitter leaf.

I put little water inside my pepper and i pour my okra inside it

I stair it and i put my bitter leaf inside it.then I stair it together and i left it to boil for 10mins i didn't cover it

My okra is ready

For my yam flour,i use my electric kettle to boil water,i put my pot on fire and i poured some water inside my put

I rinsed my turning stick and i put little cold water inside the hot water.i was poured my yam flour and i turned it so that there won't be lumps inside it.my yam flour is ready.
