
This is one of my homemade mashup workouts for garage gym guys like me. It’s a combo of two of the CrossFit “Girls” - Ingrid and Grettel. The movements are alternating single dumbbell snatches, lateral burpees over the dumbbell, and double dumbbell clean and jerks.
I scored 13:49 Rx today. My previous PR appears to be 13:19 last May 2022, according ro my Google sheet, but I think I did better when I first created it several years ago. Without documentation, I have no proof, so 13:19 it is!
