About a year ago I heard this phrase “Smile at life”, live life as if it were the last day. It sounds a lot like the trampoline of life, as you have hit us hard in the heart, feeling afflicted, maybe underappreciated and therefore I will live my life as if it were the last day.
Through the situation of illness, general discomfort, we get into the mind that we give up, that we can't give up. And it is where everything gives us the same, but as always something happens that changes our thinking and helps us to take a smile and see yourself in a mirror and tell you “You are important, you are unique, you are special, what happens to you” and thanks to the mirror we reflect and we get up and we give that love to ourselves, breaking the paradigms, because if you wanted to go out to the mall, be part of a dance therapy team or other things you wanted and stopped doing, you take courage and did it with joy, optimism, self-love. You get to overcome and raise your self-esteem in such a way that you are another person and without thinking about that disease and live to live. You have to get on the trampoline and know how to jump up and always fall down standing, with your best smile. Let's be those boys and girls that awaken in us, wanting to help us.
We observe people who in one way or another complain and complain but do not know that through their complaints there are people with physical or monetary handicaps who are happy. This calls us to reflection.
It is difficult to get out of a negative thought but God is great and makes you see things in other ways. Part of this story was what happened in these 4 months, where one day I went out with my husband on the motorcycle to the supermarket and watching some children on a trampoline, seeing them swinging, laughing, talking and although they fell badly, they stood up and continued playing. It made my heart small and I saw that as that trampoline that gives joy, fun to life, you have to know that life is that downhill and uphill, I reacted and I am now in the things I like to do, go shopping, I enrolled in a dance therapy, remembering my youth and thus leave those evils that want to keep me in bed.
Without a doubt, the trampoline of life will teach you to overcome and see your goals fulfilled.
