Of course I do, I love to surround myself with cheerful people and more so with children, they have more mischief to laugh and teach me, I enjoy them. Around me I always have family with too much good humor and they make me smile. Of course you do, the effects of a good mood towards health and well-being generate in you satisfaction, tranquility, faith, perseverance that everything will go well and that health will improve. Getting that smile on time to someone in a health situation gives more encouragement to improve and think good things. It gives relaxation to the brain, muscle, digestive system and therefore a good circulation in the body, zero worry. Good humor is necessary for emotional and spiritual health.
