Warm greetings to my great community as always happy and excited to be here and today I have come with a new recipe that we call TAPIOCA.
Tapioca is a starchy food that we got from cassava and we eat tapioca in so many ways like:
Eating with groundnut
Eating with coconut
Eating with palm canal and
Cooking in a porridge way
Here am making my own in a different way by using what we call NGO to prepare it.
NGO: this is gotten from burnt dry plantains peel after burning the dry plantains peel you put water and seive the water and the water is what we call NGO.
We use NGO to thicken our red oil.
INGREDIENTS USED
1/2 paint of tapioca
4 tablespoon of red oil
3 tablespoon of NGO
Salt to taste
1/2 medium Onion
10 stem of bush buck leaf
3 pices of fresh pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
This recipe the the type you don't need fire or anything heat just prepare.
STEP 1
I will first wash my tapioca put in my pot or plate but here am using my small pot.
STEP 2
I will now wash and slice my onions and pound my pepper and wash and slice my bush buck leaf.
STEP 3
I will now put my salt, my slice onions and my pepper I will now stir.
STEP 4
In my plate of oil I will now put my NGO and stir till it thick I will put in my tapioca.
I will now put my slice bush buck leaf and stir.
Here my tapioca porridge is ready.
This meal can serve as breakfast, lunch or dinner and is a healthy meal reach in carbohydrates.
