Nutritious okra soup with pumpkin leaf

Hello everyone am here to share with my wonderful friends on how I made my native soup using okra plant and with my pumpkin leaf.
Okra is a very good plant that can be prepare in so many ways but today I choose to cook it as soup.
Pumpkin leaf is also mostly one of the best leaf and can also be use in so many things. One thing I love about this leaf is that nothing is a waste in it but the leaf the stem and even the seed.
Here are their health benefits.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF OKRA PLANT
Okra help s in boosting of immune system, helps to aids digestion and also helps in heart health.
Okra is also a good source of fiber, which can help lower cholesterol levels and improve digestion. It also low in potassium and phosphorus making it a great addition to a renal diet.
Okra is low in calories but high in essential nutrients including vitamin A, C, and K, magnesium and potassium.
Vitamin c in okra helps support healthy immune function it also rich in k which helps your body clot blood.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF PUMPKIN LEAF
Pumpkin leaf is a nutritious plant food that supports heart and eye health, boost immune system and supplement dietary fiber.
They are also source of vitamin A,C, and B as well as minerals like calcium and iron which are essential for bone health there by promoting healthy skin and potential reduce the risk of certain cancers.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 bunch of Pumpkin leaf
1/2 paint of okra
1/2 medium Onion
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of red oil
4 piece of fresh Pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
This is the process I used in making my healthy and delicious okra soup.
I will first get my things ready by washing and slice my okra and I will also wash my pumpkin leaf and use my hand to piece them I will also add the stem and I will also wash and slice my onions.
In a clean dry pot I will now add my red oil, allow to heat small I will now put salt, add my slice onions and stir for some minutes.
I will now put my slice okra and stir I will now add water.
I will now add my pepper and my pumpkin leaf.
I will now cover and allow for some minutes.
Here my soup is ready.
Looking at this dish is very tempting and the taste is topnotch with all this health benefits you agree with me that my okra soup is healthy.
