Warm greetings to everyone here I hope you all are doing wonderfully well as for me and my family we are fine and doing great so friends today is one of my girls birthday 🎉🎉 and i didn't remember till she came to me and was like mummy today is my birthday 🎉 you didn't wish my well and not even a gift I felt somehow although she is not my biological daughter but she is like a daughter to me and I have to give her something for her birthday 🎉 and I decided to make a special cake for her.
This cake is made with rice and flour is a new thing to her making cake with rice and she said, mummy how can you make cake with rice I told her to wait for the outcome but to her greatest surprise the cake turns out good, tasty and flavourful.
INGREDIENTS USED
1 cup of rice
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of nutmeg
3 tablespoon of sugar
2 sachet of good time milk
2 tablespoon of groundunt oil
A pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoon of yeast
Water.
PROCEDURE
This is the process I used in making my cake
STEP 1
I will first wash my rice two times put into my pot add water and cook I will cook till my rice is done.
STEP 2
Once my rice is done I will now put in a clean bowl I will also add my flour.
STEP 3
In a clean plate I will put my milk and and warm water.
I will now pour my milk in my flour and rice and stir.
STEP 4
I will now add my nutmeg, my salt, my sugar and my yeast I will now mix them together.
I will also add my groundunt oil.
STEP 5
I will now cover and allow to rest for like 10 to 15 minutes before I will now put in my cake plate and bake.
Here my rice cake is ready.
Looking at this cake it looks great and yummy and am glad I was able to put smile on her face.
