Making a healthy meal with mango fruit

Warm greetings to everyone here how are you all doing I hope you all are doing wonderfully well.
You all are welcome to my blog today I bring a new recipe, this recipe is new to me because I have not seen mango been cooked before I only know mango for eating as fruit and also using it for juice .
So one day I came across one post that one of our sister posted here on how she use unripe mango to make some great and delicious on a second thought I decided to give it a try but here I use ripe mango to make my own delicious and special meal.
When I was making this meal I was like how will this taste, and how will it looks like but I never give up prepare it I love trying something out but to my greatest surprise this turns out to be very delicious.
My colleague who came to my house was very surprised to see that mango we only know as fruit is now food and she was happy she learn something new from me and promise to give it a try.
INGREDIENTS USED
2 piece of ripe mango
2 piece of fresh tomatoes
1 medium Onion
2 piece of fresh pepper
Salt to taste
1 sachet of groundunt oil
Water.
PROCEDURE
This is the process I used in preparing my mango food.
I will first wash and slice my onions , my pepper, my fresh tomatoes and my mango.
Here my ingredients are ready.
I will now put my groundunt oil in a dry pot allow to heat.
I will now put my salt, and add my slice onions I will stir for some minutes and add my tomatoes and also stir till my fresh tomatoes dry water.
After stirring for some minutes I will now add my pepper and stir and add my mango and stir for some minutes.
Here my mango food is ready.
One thing I love about Mango is that is a very sweet fruit and don't need much ingredients in preparing it .
I really enjoyed myself with this mango food and my kids also, this one is very little so I promise them that next time I will make it big so that my husband can have a taste.
