Hello Hiveans, If you still remember my introductory post, you would remember that I am a newbie graphic designer.
Today, I will just talk about a logo design I created.
I created this logo, I think last two weeks. I have been unable to do anything design due to the constant test we have been having.
I also have some side gigs I took and I am really not sleeping well. Even now, I am writing this because the test we have tomorrow was cancelled.
Back to the main thing.
This logo that I designed was for a tea brand. While designing I realized that I really need to learn how to use most of these uncommon tools.
I started with doing it on my own but couldn’t, as I soon became confused. I decided to watch on YouTube, how to draw a leaf.
I tried it on illustrator, but I kept having the preview shapes (I don’t know how to explain it), that obstructed what I was doing.
I tried on photoshop, but my eraser kept removing some part of the shapes.
I decided to try on Corel draw and it came out amazing, but then I encountered some issues with the colouring and turning the other half of the shape to another angle.
After everything, exporting became an issue and by the time I was done. I had gotten a different result from what I wanted.
Well, at least I learnt something and would still keep pushing.
