I want to quit with my current job. Why? I will not grow here anymore, or even I grow a little bit my life will not be stable.
3-5 years from.now if I stay I still have meager salary, I still don't have a house that will secure my family in storm and I still have loads and never be financially well off.
I want to quit so that I could explore more and have more money to buy the things I want

I have great potentials ahead of me with greater life not in here but in other country
I will live once and I don't want it to have regrets
