Time for Gym - My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2025

I was able to adjust my schedule at work this morning to head to the gym for some weight training. After a good warm up on the treadmill, I was able to get to the weights without much traffic on the machines. I went a bit more heavy and added a couple of more exercises given the time I had. I could not get a cooldown but that was fine as the time at the gym was valuable. Headed back to work which was busy for a bit.
I had a quick late lunch and decided to go outside for a quick walk to get the remaining activity needed as I wanted to rest tonight and watch the basketball games. It was hot but got a good sweat in to help with some progress. All this allowed me to have a comfortable evening as my checklist was done by the time my work day was over. Happy to have some rest and relaxing this evening.
