Heavy Mid Week - My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2025

Today I found myself pivoting again as a last minute event came up for the evening which made me cancel my Alpha class at the gym. This made me go to the gym early to get some strength training. I was feeling a bit low on energy but that quickly changed as I did my first squat with some heavy weights. I got the momentum needed to push through the workout in good time to get to work and my agenda. It was a full day so kept me busy.
I have a growing list of things to get to with a busy weekend ahead so that is on my mind. However, my focus remains on my fitness and health given the coming Summer and challenges I am expecting to have with vacation. Still early but thinking ahead is both a strength and a weakness. I prefer to be prepared for the long term. I kept busy through the evening as I need to get past my daily goal.
