Since I am out of paypal chargeback service months now and I dont mind to start again I will share my methods.
Normal Payments
For normal payments you always can call paypal and lie them about item that didnt recived or open a dispute using resolution center.
Family And Friends
For family and friends i used to change ip and location so the account look like stolen.
Change your security answers and password and you will be able to open a refund as unauthorized transaction,say that you were hacked or something like that.
Chargedback over 10.000$ while did it.
