Desde la semana pasada, específicamente el día miércoles 12, se inició el campeonato amistoso entre los atletas que hacen vida en la escuela de Baloncesto Águilas de Fuego, en la cancha Mejía de Marigüitar, ubicada en la calle con su mismo nombre, quienes tuvieron el honor de dar apertura a tal evento, fueron los 6 equipos que se conformaron de la selección de las diferentes categorías desde la U-12 con mayor desempeño hasta las Mayores, dos equipos mini (A y B) conformados por los atletas de 8 hasta los 12 años.

Since last week, specifically on Wednesday 12, began the friendly championship between the athletes who make life in the school of Basketball Aguilas de Fuego, in the Mejia de Marigüitar court, located on the street with the same name, who had the honor of opening such event, were the 6 teams that were formed from the selection of the different categories from U-12 with higher performance to the Majors, two mini teams (A and B) made up of athletes from 8 to 12 years old.
No pude estar la apertura, de los 3 juegos de los 6 equipos, me informaron que estuvieron de calidad, demasiada adrenalina. El viernes 14, sí pude asistir, comenzando los dos equipos mini, dividiéndose en equipo A (negro o rojo) y B (blanco o azul), además del debut de las mini de 6 hasta 8 años. El juego inició a las 7 de la noche con los equipos A y B mixtos, en el primer cuarto ganaron las del equipo B, en ese se encontraba mi hija, este cuarto fue decisivo para este equipo, ya que la vez anterior no vieron luz, perdieron ese partido. Este buen comienzo los ayudó a ganar confianza, así se mantuvieron en el segundo cuarto, no cedieron espacio, cada vez ganaban más terreno en la cancha.

Al finalizar el segundo cuarto, se daría un tiempo para el juego de los dos equipos mini de 6 a 8 años mixtos A (negro o rojo) y B (blanco o azul), la dinámica consistió, en jugar dos tiempos, que los atletas como mínimo deben tocar al aro para darlo por cesta anotadas; fue un juego muy divertido y entretenido, aquí el que no se rió, fue porque no quiso 😊, las mayorías del tiempo, los atletas pasaron en el piso, quitándose el balón, aunque aquí se destacaron unos pequeñines tanto hembras como varones, que eran muy ágil, sabían lo que estaban haciendo en el juego, algunos luchaban por quedarse con el balón todo el tiempo 😁, no lo soltaban 🤭, otros demostraban miedo al confrontar al adversario, otros esperaban que la pelota los buscara 😅. A pesar de ser su primera vez jugando, hubo varios toques al aro, quedando con más puntuación en ese primer cuarto el equipo B (blanco o azul).

Despite being their first time playing, there were several touches to the hoop, with team B (white or blue) scoring more in that first quarter.
Luego, se retomó el tercer cuarto del juego anterior, aquí no hubo mucha diferencia de los dos anteriores, el equipo B se mantuvo siempre arriba, coordinaron mejores pases, hicieron anotaciones buenas, dignas de admirar, los atletas se mantuvieron muy entusiasmados, hasta terminar este cuarto. Posteriormente, volvieron las mini de 6 a 8 años, en su segundo cuarto, en este tiempo, se mantuvieron el equipo B con mejores condiciones, tocando más el aro, mientras que el equipo A, muy poco tuvo oportunidad al aro, ganando este set el equipo B. Se retomó nuevamente el último cuarto, del partido anterior, que trajo consigo más adrenalina, el equipo A trato de sacar ventajas, dando todo por el todo, habia momentos de tensión, pero no pudieron, ya el equipo B tenía la confianza y ganaron este partido, con una diferencia notable, motivado a eso, el director y entrenador los felicitó a todos, por ese gran trabajo en equipo, lograron la victoria.

The last quarter of the previous game was resumed again, which brought more adrenaline, team A tried to take advantage, giving everything for everything, there were moments of tension, but they could not, and team B had the confidence and won this game, with a remarkable difference, motivated by that, the director and coach congratulated them all, for that great teamwork, they achieved the victory.
El último juego de la noche, fueron dos equipos de las categorías de la 12 a las mayores, los equipos 1 (blanco) y 2 (negro con rojo o negro), ambos equipos muy parejos en cuanto a los atletas que lo conforman, había un equilibrio entre ambas de jugadoras de alto rendimiento en el baloncesto, por ende, este juego estuvo demasiado entretenido, la calidad de las jugadas, las defensivas y ofensivas demuestran que en nuestro municipio hay talento para rato, desde el primer tiempo hasta el final del juego, el equipo dos se mantuvo siempre arriba, yo iba a media, conozco a muchas de las atletas y no podía inclinarme por solo un equipo, me alegraba que ambos equipos tuvieran ese nivel de competitividad, las felicito a todas, eso demuestra que la escuela Águilas de Fuego, forma atletas muy buenas en esa disciplina, muestra de ellos, varias están en la selección de Sucre y otras juegan para otros estados, son orgullo y ejemplos a seguir, arriba Águilas de Fuego 🥳🥳🥳.
