**WRITING HEALS YOU**

Lately I've felt the need to write all this down. It stems from a light that went out long ago amid the chaos, the daily grind, the problems, and life itself. I stopped writing, something that was essential to me; it made me feel free and calm. Each day was consumed by anxiety, the rush, and comparisons, unanswered questions, and complaints that hold you back. I wanted to grasp everything while a part of me was fading away. Where is she? When will she return? Inside, someone answered my questions; she's there trying to be someone she doesn't want to be, but she needs to meet someone else's expectations.

Writing transports you to a world where you're alone with your words, where you give yourself the answers you need. You don't need anything else—just a computer or a pencil and paper—and let your imagination flow, accompanied by tea or coffee. Today I spent part of the morning writing what I desire, what I think, and how I don't know how to express it to a person. It's always been hard for me to make people understand what I mean; they even get confused. My refuge since childhood has been writing, poetry, art. I'm trying to live a life without so many expectations, without so much social media, without so much noise. Today I decided to find what I've always been passionate about and left forgotten.

.
Studying, thinking clearly, and creating are essential in my life right now, stopping overthinking and tackling so many things at once that we end up exhausted. As I write, the trash folder on my cell phone comes to mind: cache, cache, images, videos, photos, viruses, and so many things that we forget to clean daily and that end up damaging our phones. That's what happens to our brain when we fill it with so much junk: it crashes.
Writing helps my mental state to flow, continue, and remain calm.

Right now, knowledge is power, but how do you start studying, returning to those roots you left behind, that you never had? Because doing so is difficult, and it took a long time to return to it. I really liked studying philosophy, I was even going to make it my major, but things happened, as they do in life, and I put that dream on hold. However, now, not as a university major, but as a personal pursuit, I want to start studying philosophy, read more books, and water that little plant that dried up from lack of water.

There are many books to read and much to study, but the important thing is to start and go at your own pace. Life is changing, the world is evolving, and so are you. So take advantage of this opportunity to get to know yourself, learn something new that you want or need, but above all, something that makes you feel at peace with yourself.
