Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive y esta comunidad en donde queremos exaltar todas las efemérides del mundo y las nacionales, también aquellas que son consideradas efemérides, pero no están en tendencia, por lo que hoy les vengo hablar de este día. El 18 de Mayo en donde se celebra la Día Mundial de la Repostería, espero les guste.
Muchas son las personas que hoy en día se dedican al mundo de la repostería, a ellas mi agradecimiento, ya que por medio de su arte traen un mundo lleno de dulce y creatividad, hoy en día es muy fácil encontrar repostera, sean mejores que otras o no, pero siempre hay una en la vuelta de la esquina, en mi caso particular, aunque no soy repostera me gusta este mundo tan dulce de crear, también de inventar y crear cosas innovadoras, para mí esto es un arte que pasara de años en años para todos. Desde muy pequeña me crie en un ambiente de este tipo de oficio, ya que veía con esmero cómo hacían unas ricas tortas, pero hoy en día todo ha cambiado y se usan otras técnicas, otros instrumentos y se ha venido suplantando la mano de obra por equipo especializado que hace el trabajo muy bien.
La repostería abarca muchas cosas, pero lo principal es las tortas, estas creaciones cada día toman tendencia dentro del mercado de la repostería, en donde vemos creaciones que superan las expectativas, técnicas increíbles que parecieran de otro mundo, también a personas crear hasta figuras con solo este hermoso arte. Hace un tiempo vi por Netflix una competencia de reposteros, y verdaderamente quede sorprendida de todo lo que son capaces de crear, sinceramente es un arma muy buena para salir adelante, esto lo digo, porque hoy en día es un buen emprendimiento para seguir adelante y ganarnos la vida, en lo personal me gusta, pero no soy experta.
Para mí este mundo es divertido y muy creativo, en mi vida he realizado algunos postres, algunas tortas, y sigo aprendiendo, de hecho, el año pasado hice un minicurso por mi casa de repostería y panadería y quede increíblemente fascinada, hasta la fecha he realizado algunas de esas creaciones, pero para mi casa, también he realizado postres para mi casa y hasta la torta de mi hijo para sus cumpleaños, y cuando no sé algo me gusta indagar y recrear. La repostería es y será un aleado para las personas que están en este mundo, ya que todos los días existen personas que manda a realizar esas exquisiteces con un experto, y también para ahorrar tiempo, es por eso que hoy desde efemérides les mandamos muchas felicidades a todos los reposteros del mundo, de mi Venezuela y lo que están en Hive, feliz día del repostero a todos ustedes.

Hello my dear friends of Hive and this community where we want to exalt all the anniversaries of the world and national, also those that are considered anniversaries, but are not in trend, so today I come to talk about this day. The 18th of May where the World Pastry Day is celebrated, I hope you like it.
Many are the people who today are dedicated to the world of pastry, to them my thanks, because through their art they bring a world full of sweet and creativity, today it is very easy to find pastry, whether better than others or not, but there is always one around the corner, in my particular case, although I am not a pastry I like this sweet world of creating, also to invent and create innovative things, for me this is an art that will pass from years to years for everyone. Since I was very little I grew up in an environment of this type of craft, as I watched with care how they made delicious cakes, but today everything has changed and other techniques are used, other instruments and has been supplanting the workforce by specialized equipment that does the job very well.
The pastry encompasses many things, but the main thing is the cakes, these creations every day take trend within the pastry market, where we see creations that exceed expectations, incredible techniques that seem from another world, also people create even figures with only this beautiful art. Some time ago I saw on Netflix a competition of confectioners, and I was truly amazed at all that they are able to create, honestly it is a very good weapon to get ahead, I say this because today is a good venture to move forward and make a living, personally I like it, but I am not an expert.
For me this world is fun and very creative, in my life I have made some desserts, some cakes, and I'm still learning, in fact, last year I did a mini course for my house of pastry and bakery and I was incredibly fascinated, to date I have made some of those creations, but for my house, I have also made desserts for my house and even my son's cake for his birthday, and when I do not know something I like to investigate and recreate. The pastry is and will be an alloy for people who are in this world, because every day there are people who send to make these delicacies with an expert, and also to save time, that is why today from ephemerides we send many congratulations to all the bakers in the world, from my Venezuela and what are in Hive, happy baker's day to all of you.

Felicidades a todos los que se encuentran en Hive y que con su arte nos impresionan a todos, sinceramente estoy agradecida, porque gracias a muchos de ustedes he podido innovar en casa, hacer algo rico para mi hijo y hasta mejorar, o colocar algo más que me guste, sinceramente aquí hay mucho talento para continuar, feliz día a todos ustedes mis amigos de Hive y el mundo entero en esta gran efeméride, y también a mí, porque a veces invento cosas lindas y muy buenas, aunque no soy experta. No vemos.
