Daffodils are one of the first flowers to bloom in Southeastern Pennsylvania. I took a walk uphill in the Roxborough/Manayunk neighborhoods in Philadelphia the other day, and they were blooming at the bottom of the hill near the schuylkill river, but they weren't blooming yet at the top of the ridge.
