Looking for a low risk investment strategy in Hive

Hi guys! I’m motra, I’ve been using HIVE blockchain for a while but this is my first post. I hope you find it interesting!

I’d like to talk about my current investment strategy in HIVE. Since my tomatoes from my garden are not giving me a great APR, although they taste delicious, I’ve been thinking about the most efficient ways of investing without taking a lot of risks, and I can say that I’m excited to test with my strategy.

I have 3 main sources of income withing Hive blockchain:

1. SPS Airdrop from Splinterlands:
   I get SPS by holding DEC and I can stake the earned SPS getting a good 59% APR
2. Rising starts:
   I get around 18.000 STARBITS every day by playing the game. I recently got my first Legendary Card! 😍

3 Haskings:
I bought Haskings plots and water towers a long time ago, and now I can earn HIVE by renting my plots and selling water.

During the last weeks I’ve been converting all my income into HIVE. Instead of keep staking my SPS I have exchanged with HIVE, I’m been also converting STARTBITS to HIVE and selling some NFTs I don’t need to keep getting more HIVE. I'm also converting into HIVE all my income from Haskings.

What am I going to do with all that HIVE?

• 65% of my HIVE goes to Powering Up: I’ll have 65% of my HIVE powered up and delegate my Hive Power into @HK-Curation.
  Powering Up is a good way of having saving in HIVE and still earn a decent ARP. HK-Curation is now giving a 9.40%% APR, you can check the Curation APR with this great tool (https://hivestats.io/@hk-curation)
  HK-Curation gives rewards in BUDS. BUDS is the main token of Hashkings, issued only by players and it is a deflationary token. The best part is that I can stake all my BUDS in Haskings (https://farm.hashkings.app/staking) getting an even better APR.

• 35% HIVE: Powering Up is great, and you can get a decent amount of earnings with it, but it is important to know that in order to Power Down the process will take 13 weeks.
  I’ll use my liquidity to invest in new opportunities within the HIVE ecosystem. So far, I’ve only invested in three projects because those are the ones I have researched, but I cannot wait on spending more time researching about existing HIVE projects I haven’t invested yet and discovering the new ones yet to come.

I'll keep trying to get more HIVE and start looking for new projects and opportunities within HIVE blockchain, so please, let me know what projects you guys think I should be researching for new opportunities.
