A teachers perspective

As sure as the sun will rise so too does the regular occurrence of defiance and outbursts from children and complaints from parents. How unpleasant and frustrating this can be. Everyday they get to me and seem to ebb away at my enthusiasm.
However, on reflection I thought there must be a positive in every situation. Now when these things happen I am training myself to see them as opportunities to build bridges and make deeper connections with the people around me.
