When there is something that is important for you, it's important to get back up, again and again, no matter how many times you get down.

Lately, it's been really tough for me to keep my routine and be disciplined.
But I know, it's the right thing to do for me right now, and I'm going to keep working at it, until my subconscious mind accepts it as the new norm.
