Coiled palm 


ingredients:

2 cups wheat flour                  1 tablespoon yeast 

6 tablespoons oil                     1 egg 

1/2  cup warm water               salt to your liking


Preparation: 

Melts the yeast with a little water and mixes with, oil, flour, egg, salt. If the mixture is very hard, add a little more water. It is stretched and covered with cooked palm. Chopped and seasoned to your liking or as you can place it whole. You can fill it with cheese, tomato sauce, tomato chips, lettuce, avocado. Among other ingredients of your choice. It is carefully wound, cut into pieces about 3 cm long and baked until the dough is cooked.
