Bean puree 


Ingredients: 

1 kilo of green beans                1 tablespoon chopped green oregano 

1 cup bean broth                       Salt and oil to your liking


Preparation: 

The beans are cooked with husk in water with little salt, drain and peel. It is passed by a processor of puree adding then the broth, the oil and the oregano. Let it rest for a moment and serve it. It is necessary to take care not to put much salt to the beans when boiling, because by themselves they are very strong.
