[이유식일지] 초기이유식 애호박미음

오늘은 채아의 애호박미음을 만들었어요.
쌀미음 6일 먹이고 찹쌀미음 3일 먹이고 이제 애호박미음 차례에요.
찹쌀미음은 쌀미음과 만드는게 같아서 따로 포스팅은 하지 않았어요.


초기이유식 순서
쌀미음 6일 - 찹쌀미음 3일 - 애호박미음 3일


애호박미음

(애호박은 알레르기가 있거나 위장이 약한 아기에게 먹이기 좋은 재료입니다)

준비물 : 냄비, 스파츌라, 거름망, 애호박, 쌀가루, 도마, 칼

애호박 10g 정도를 잘라줍니다.

애호박 껍질을 벗기고 잘라준 후 물에 삶아줍니다.
(껍질 부분에는 섬유질이 많고 단단하므로 초기단계 아기들이 먹기에는 부담스러움)

푹 삶아진 애호박을 체에 내려줍니다.

찬물 300ml에 쌀가루 18g을 잘 풀어준 후 중불에 끓여줍니다.

끓어오를때 애호박을 넣어서 약불에 알맞은 농도가 될때까지 저어가며 끓여줍니다.

완성된 미음을 체에 잘 걸러서 담아줍니다.
3일분 애호박미음 완성.

쌀가루미음, 찹쌀가루미음은 별로 맛없어해서 슬펐는데, 다행히 애호박미음은 맛있게 먹어주었어요.
