Epiphany

2025 has been quite a year, eh? I have learnt and processed so much, despite having believed that my brain was full. So, I thought it fitting to dub 2025 as "Epiphany"... there has just been so much positivity and realisation; my two cents wants me to believe that it's what acquiring wisdom is. Do you think it could be so?

The last half has been a manic but positive one for me, which has resulted in an unanticipated gap in my blog. However, I miss this space. The Blockchain still and always has a dear spot in my heart, and I'm desirous of reconnecting with the tribe in the coming year, so don't be fucking strangers now, ok?

I have so much to share. My draft box has been full, sitting in limbo, but as soon as I find my rhythm, I'll dance publish them all. I promise not to bloody bore you!

Have you had the chance to reflect on the year as yet? I hope you'll do so, on both the negative and positive aspects, because that's how we learn and identify our shortcomings, as well as realise just how far you've come, despite feeling like you're treading still waters.

I'm feeling grateful and always appreciative of having the free space on the blockchain, with people from every corner of the globe, where I delight in sharing my daily nuances and life, and I'm looking forward to actively reading and learning more from you all.

... But before we bow out of 2025 (the year of the Wood Snake, of shedding old skin) into 2026 (the year of the Fire Horse, where I hope to grow in all aspects of my life), I leave these five virtues (my moral compass), which I trust will have a positive impact on your lives throughout 2026 and beyond.

Wisdom to know your path
Benevolence to lead with a kind heart
Sincerity to stay true to your spirit
Courage to embrace the new
Patience to let your energy bloom in its own time

As I said, 2025 was a year of epiphany – where the more I learnt, the more I felt like I knew nothing, and it gave me inspiration to keep exploring different avenues and the courage to detour from places and things that no longer aligned. An epiphany of connecting dots and solving life puzzles that subconsciously shaped me... back to my authentic self.

I don't do resolutions, but I think it's a good idea to set your "intention" for 2026, and I'm keen to know what's leading you.

I find myself leaning into "patience", dismissing the "giddy-up" mindset, because it's the virtue that allows the best things to grow at their own pace, and I'm going to need a lot of it for some projects that I'm working on for 2026 and beyond.

Happy New Year, 2026!

Irie Love!
