ln this video I have uploaded a rare 2007 (or 2006) BCIT Magazine news clip inside John Hutchison's previous New Westminster apartment, which has the famous balcony full of Navy surplus equipment. During the Hutchison Effect, his neighbors reported doors moving on their own and even car alarms going off. One neighbor, Lee Denis, tells BCIT that her brass lamp literally dissolved! This video clip was just before the BC government forced him to close his lab down, after which John flew to California.
Note that New Westminster is very close to Vancouver, Canada and locals often tell others they are from Vancouver as it is a very well known city.
