About a monitor to hold magnets against. Well, now I know for a fact that it does not work with an LED flat screen from computer. But i remember that I have a small CRT monitor still in my lab. It will most likely just get black & white static, but I will see if the magnets work with it or not. If it works I will have it ready for the show.

this is a video by someone else... watch at 37 seconds how the image twists clockwise, & if he turned that magnet over it would twist in the opposite direction. He also mentions that it needs to be black & white. This is the only video I can find with black and white image...
