We are 3rd dimensional creatures. Science suspects the univers has many more dimensions. We are part of the universe. Science also suspects time doesn’t exist, a quote from this web page: “They insist that the most successful theories in physics prove that time does not exist”. Time is a third dimensional construct. It’s hard to imagine other dimensions when all we know is length, width and height (physicality), like time all linear.
Modern science says like matter, consciousness is a stuff of the universe. Scientists suggest consciousness is not a product of the brain (the material) but exists independently. At the quantum level matter requires perception to exist, to actualise a state. Modern thinkers consider altered consciousness, it’s suggested that in this life we are altered consciousnesses of the collective obtaining our individuality in that way.
I’m actually a lucky man being married to a person who is a spirit medium and can perceive beyond the material. My wife sees and communicates with spirits and spirit guides. She can transcend time and space, the physical world. I can’t do this but believe and trust her.
