Good day creative friends and needlework community how are you all doing today And how was your night, how is our families it almost weekend I wish you all a lovely weekend ahead 😍😘.
Today I will love to share this beautiful free maternity gown I made for co_wife She is heavily pregnant and she told me that most of her dresses are tight on her and she give 3 yards of Ankara fabric to make a simple free gown for her .
Firstly I thought of the style that this 3 yards of Ankara fabric can sew that it will be enough because I wanted to make something long before, but this fabric won’t be enough so I decided to sew this short flare gown and it came out really beautiful and comfortable.
I firstly folded the fabric into triangular shape then I measured the length to be 40” and I measured the shoulder line to be 8” and the armhole then cut it out .
After cutting it out I used the pieces cut from the side to cut out the sleeve and the gown is ready to join .

The style is very simple to cut and easy to join I join the side of the gown then I turn the neckline with piece of material then join the sleeve and it came out really beautiful then I fixed the side pocket .
After delivery the gown to her she love the style so much because it free and make her comfortable 😍😘😊.

Thanks for reading my post and visiting my blog I will appreciate your lovely comment and support
