A cordial greeting, healthy environments allow us to live in harmony and have more happy moments. That is why it is important to surround ourselves with nature, whether we have plants at home, that time spent taking care of them leads to fabulous states of relaxation. In my case I have a small urban garden that makes me happy, just the fact of getting up, going out to the terrace and observing my plants produces a beautiful effect in me; that green touch in days of hard work for example, reminds me that I must have that time, which is necessary to rest and refresh my thoughts.
These days the mango trees are blooming, some of them full of small green fruits, I sat under one and felt a tranquility in that cozy space, I long for those fruits to develop fast and to be able to enjoy them there under that big tree; nature always gives us satisfactions.
I live near the sea and this is my favorite place, that burst of waves, the flight of seagulls, sometimes a calm sea, a sky that always gives me a different image, all this is part of this natural environment that I love and that makes me happy. Life as I love you!

Un saludo cordial,los entornos saludables permiten que podamos convivir en armonía y tengamos más momentos felices. Por ello es importante rodearnos de naturaleza, bien sea que en casa tengamos plantas, ese tiempo empleado en el cuido de las mismas conlleva a estados de relajación fabulosos. En mi caso tengo un pequeño jardín urbano que me hace feliz, el solo hecho de levantarme, salir a la terraza y observar mis plantas produce un efecto hermoso en mi; ese toque verde en días de mucho trabajo por ejemplo, me recuerda que debo tener ese tiempo, que es necesario para descansar y refrescar mis pensamientos.
En estos días los árboles de mango están floreciendo, llenos algunos de pequeños frutos verdes, me senté debajo de uno y sentí una tranquilidad en ese espacio tan acogedor,anhelo que esos frutos se desarrollen rápido y poder disfrutarlos allí debajo de ese gran árbol; la naturaleza siempre nos brinda satisfacciones.
Vivo cerca del mar y este es mi lugar favorito, ese estallido de las olas, el vuelo de gaviotas, a veces un mar en calma, un cielo que siempre me brinda una imagen distinta, todo ello forma parte de este entorno natural que amo y que me hace feliz. ¡Vida como te amo!
