Hi Everyone--
I go by MarieS here on Steemit. I will add posts about how I go about staying in the present moment throughout my days. It is an ongoing, evolving process, but one to which I am completely devoted. It gets easier, but there are always new challenges, along with some stubborn old ones that pop up again from time to time. When I feel like I have just about got it down, Universe reminds me that I must remain vigilant.
