Cuando de trata de comprar cosas para la casa es imposible para mi no querer llevarme todo lo que veo en alguna tienda, y es que aunque vaya con la idea de comprar algo siempre termino comprando más de la cuenta porque a medida que voy caminando por los pasillos me voy antojando de lo que voy viendo y eso fue lo que pasó el día que hice esta compra.
Teniamos poco tiempo de haber llegado a Curitiba y aún nos faltaban muchas cosas en casa para equiparla pero en ese momento íbamos comprando poco a poco porque era imposible adquirir todo en una sola compra, ya que eran muchísimas cosas, así que siempre me iba a la Casa China con una lista de lo que necesitábamos y en cada visita priorizaba lo más importante en ese momento.
Ya habíamos comprado un sarten pero nos hacía falta otro, así que fue lo primero que buscamos ese día en la tienda. Había bastante variedad de estos, de todos los tamaños, colores y precios, era difícil escoger pero uno un modelo que llamó mi atención y al final fue el que decidimos llevar, un sarten grande de 22 cm con capacidad de 1.7 litros, marca Tramontina. Este sarten a diferencia del anterior incluía su tapa y eso fue lo que más me gustó porque necesitabamos una al momento de cocinar y lo mejor de todo es que esta tapa también le sirve al otro sarten, así que tiene doble uso. Este sarten además es de material antiadherente, tenemos más de 6 meses usándolo y sigue cocinando perfecto, sin pegar ni quemar la comida y gracias a que es grande y alto es perfecto para hacer guisos.
When it comes to buying things for the house, it's impossible for me not to want to take everything I see in a store. Even if I go there with the idea of buying something, I always end up buying more than I need because as I walk through the aisles, I get cravings for what I see, and that's what happened the day I made this purchase.
We hadn't been in Curitiba long, and we still needed a lot of things at home to equip it, but at that time, we were buying little by little because it was impossible to buy everything in one go, since there were so many things. So, I always went to Casa China with a list of what we needed, and on each visit, I prioritized what was most important at that moment.
We had already bought a frying pan, but we needed another one, so that was the first thing we looked for that day in the store. There was quite a variety of these, in all sizes, colors and prices, it was difficult to choose but one model caught my attention and in the end it was the one we decided to take, a large 22 cm frying pan with a capacity of 1.7 liters, Tramontina brand. This frying pan, unlike the previous one, included its lid and that was what I liked the most because we needed one when cooking and the best of all is that this lid also works for the other frying pan, so it has dual use. This frying pan is also made of non-stick material, we have been using it for more than 6 months and it continues to cook perfectly, without sticking or burning the food and thanks to the fact that it is large and tall, it is perfect for making stews.
En esa compra también incluí algunos utensilios para la cocina y por suerte de estos también había variedad, tanto individuales como en kits y haciendo una comparación me pareció mejor llevar la segunda opción. Elegí un kit de 4 piezas que incluía una espátula, una cuchara grande, un cucharón y una pieza de 3 dientes ideal para servir la pasta.
I also included some kitchen utensils in that purchase, and luckily, there was a variety of these too, both individually and in kits. When comparing, I thought it was better to get the latter. I chose a 4-piece kit that included a spatula, a large spoon, a ladle, and a 3-pronged piece ideal for serving pasta.
En ese entonces solo teníamos 2 platos y necesitabamos más, quise comprar un par más iguales a los primeros pero no había de ese mismo modelo, por lo que tuvimos que elegir otro. Vi unos que aunque son de plásticos son bastante fuertes y con un diseño lindo, me gustaron mucho y compré 2 de esos.
Back then we only had 2 plates and we needed more, I wanted to buy a couple more like the first ones but there weren't any of that same model, so we had to choose another one. I saw some that although they are made of plastic they are quite strong and have a nice design, I liked them a lot and bought 2 of those.
Para la cocina compramos también una jarra plástica para el agua, había de diferentes formas, tamaños y colores pero elegimos una sencilla con capacidad de 2 litros, más que suficiente para nosotros. Nos hacía falta un rallador de queso y aprovechamos esa compra para adquirirlo, entre tantos modelos y tamaños elegimos uno de acero inoxidable, grande y con 4 diferentes tipos de corte.
Los pañitos de cocina nunca son suficientes, es por eso que en esa compra incluí uno más, esta vez uno grande, de tela gruesa y con un lindo estampado de una gallina, perfecto para mi cocina.
For the kitchen, we also bought a plastic water jug. They came in different shapes, sizes, and colors, but we chose a simple one with a 2-liter capacity, more than enough for us. We needed a cheese grater, so we took advantage of that purchase to get one. Among so many models and sizes, we chose a large, stainless steel one with four different types of grating.
Kitchen towels are never enough, so I included another one with that purchase, this time a large one, made of thick fabric and with a cute chicken print, perfect for my kitchen.
Para la limpieza general de la casa compré una mopa tipo esponja pero en versión grande, la cual me ha ayudado con la limpieza de las paredes techo y piso de la casa.
For general house cleaning I bought a sponge mop but in a large version, which has helped me clean the walls, ceiling and floor of the house.
Por último, también compramos algo para la habitación, un set de 3 ganchos adhesivos para colgar cosas, ya que los primeros que habiamos comprado se habian despegado y nos hacían mucha falta para colgar algunas cosas en la habitación.
