Hola, queridos Hivers.
Espero se encuentren bien. Les vengo a contar que el pasado sábado 1 de marzo estuvo de cumpleaños mi papá
@hlezama. Lo desperté con un pequeño detalle que le hice. Le tejí un porta vaso y se lo puse a un envase de papas fritas con el fín de hacerle un porta lápices para que lo tenga en su escritorio, al lado de su computadora. También le compré lapiceros, lápices, resaltadores y una chucherías, que le encantan. Pues, adivinen que? Le encantó, y por su puesto que eso me hizo feliz.
Pasamos un día tranquilos en casa compartiendo, conversando. Y a final de la tarde fuimos a la panadería a comprar una pequeña torta para cantarle cumpleaños.
En la noche subieron a la casa su sobrino José con su esposa e hijas y le trajeron otra torta y una bebida con la cual brindaron. Fue un lindo día para mí papá que de verdad se lo merece por ser tan buen, papá, esposo, etc.

I hope you are all well. I came to tell you that last Saturday, March 1st, it was my dad's birthday
@hlezama.I woke him up with a little something I made for him. I knitted a cup holder for him and put it on a potato chip container in order to make him a pencil holder so he can have it on his desk, next to his computer. I also bought him pens, pencils, highlighters and some candy, which he loves. Well, guess what? He loved it, and of course that made me happy.
We spent a quiet day at home sharing, talking. And at the end of the afternoon we went to the bakery to buy a small cake to sing happy birthday to him.
In the evening his nephew José came up to the house with his wife and daughters and brought him another cake and a drink with which they toasted. It was a nice day for my dad who truly deserves it for being such a good father, husband, etc.
