👋¡¡¡HOLA COMUNIDAD DE #HCalisthenics!!! Esta es la primera publicación que hago en esta increíble comunidad de atletas, un poco tarde, un poco bastante 😐 por motivos académicos, pero aquí estamos en la primera publicación.

Solo quiero añadir que pienso hacer un cambio en mi contenido y en lugar de hacer contenido hablando sobre métodos de entrenamiento quiero empezar desde cero con contenido orientado a enseñar o explicar el por qué de algunos temas y el cómo en muchos otros, también haré contenido motivacional, así que trataré que sea lo más equilibrado posible 🙂

Nota: Este video había sido grabado anteriormente en un lugar mucho más agradable: los miradores del lago de Maracaibo de la Universidad Rafael Urdaneta, pero por alguna razón los vídeos se dañaron y tocó volver a grabarlo desde mi habitación.

👋HELLO #HCalisthenics COMMUNITY!!! This is my first post to this amazing community of athletes, a little late, a bit late, a little too late 😐 for academic reasons, but here we are at the first publication.

I just want to add that I plan to make a change in my content and instead of making content talking about training methods I want to start from scratch with content oriented to teach or explain the why of some topics and the how in many others, I will also make motivational content, so I will try to make it as balanced as possible. 🙂
