Yes, that's what happened and is still happening.
When something is going wrong and makes me feel sad or frustrated or even angry, I let it out for a few minutes and then move on.
Important is to not suppress your feelings and just as important is to not soak yourself in those negative thoughts. Feel it and then move on. Letting go is important.
Otherwise your soul gets eaten alive. Heal yourself. Let go.
Often you're the only thing you can change in a situation. When nothing is going to change, change your look at it.
