Hive Open Mic Week #264 // Ina karfin shaitan cover by mamab

Hello to all my friends and well wishers on Hive Open Mic. It's another beautiful week with amazing entries from all the participants. My name is mamab and I give you a warm welcome to week #264. The theme for this week is "Stronger".
I will never get tired of saying kudos 💪 to the amazing moderators and admins of the community for hosting us.
In my presentation, I did the cover of an old chorus titled "Ina karfin Shaitan". The song is in Hausa language from Northern Nigeria and it means where is the strength of the devil?. I was surprised when I went online and saw quite a number of versions. I couldn't dictate who composed it originally, so I decided to add to the number by doing my own cover too 😊.
To connect to the theme for the week, I chose this song because of it's audacity to challenge the strength of the devil. Jesus is the strongest force on earth, He is stronger than the strongest, greater than the greatest and higher than the highest. When Jesus is in authority, He supercedes all in all.
I wrote the lyrics myself, it's an interesting and very simple song, let's try it together.
Lyrics
Ina karfin shaitan?
(Where is the strength of the devil?)
Tun da Yesu yana mulki
(Where Jesus is reigning)
Ina karfin shaitan
(Where is the strength of the devil?)
Babu o sam sam
(None at all)
Babu o sam sam
(None at all)
Babu o sam sam
(Babu o sam sam)
Ina karfin shaitan
(Where is the strength of the devil?
Tun da Yesu yana mulki
(Where Jesus is reigning)
Ina karfin shaitan
Babu o sam sam
