A few days ago I received a notification from @HiveBuzz that brought a big smile to my face: I've been with Hive for 5 years! Five years since I started this adventure that, without exaggeration, has changed my life forever.
Hace unos días recibí una notificación de @HiveBuzz que me sacó una gran sonrisa: ¡he cumplido 5 años en Hive! Cinco años desde que comencé esta aventura que, sin exagerar, ha cambiado mi vida para siempre.
Hive came to me in the middle of the pandemic, when the world seemed to stop and everything was uncertainty. At that time I was just looking for a way to distract myself, to occupy my mind with something positive and, if possible, to generate some profit in the midst of such a complicated time. I never imagined that this decision would mark a before and after.
Hive llegó a mí en plena pandemia, cuando el mundo parecía detenerse y todo era incertidumbre. En ese momento solo buscaba una forma de distraerme, de ocupar la mente en algo positivo y, si era posible, generar alguna ganancia en medio de un momento tan complicado. Nunca imaginé que esa decisión marcaría un antes y un después.
The most wonderful thing about this platform is the freedom. Hive gave me the space to express myself without limits or censorship. Here I have discovered that there is no topic I can't address, that every word counts and that my voice also has value. I have written about sports, architecture, restaurant reviews, cooking... but, above all, about my greatest passion: music. That possibility of being authentic and sharing what moves me has been a deeply liberating experience.
Lo más maravilloso de esta plataforma es la libertad. Hive me dio el espacio para expresarme sin límites ni censura. Aquí he descubierto que no hay tema que no pueda abordar, que cada palabra cuenta y que mi voz también tiene valor. He escrito sobre deportes, arquitectura, reseñas de restaurantes, cocina… pero, sobre todo, sobre mi mayor pasión: la música. Esa posibilidad de ser auténtica y compartir lo que me mueve ha sido una experiencia profundamente liberadora.
These five years have been a journey of self-knowledge. Every post, every comment received, every interaction with the community has helped me grow. I have learned that I can speak freely, that I am not alone, and that there will always be someone on the other side of the screen willing to read, support and connect.
Estos cinco años han sido un viaje de autoconocimiento. Cada publicación, cada comentario recibido, cada interacción con la comunidad ha contribuido a hacerme crecer. He aprendido que puedo hablar con libertad, que no estoy sola, y que siempre habrá alguien al otro lado de la pantalla dispuesto a leer, apoyar y conectar.
Hive has brought out the best in me. It has taught me that I have no limits, that I can reinvent myself and that there is so much more to discover within myself. This platform is much more than a digital space: it is a living, creative, diverse and powerful community.
Hive ha sacado lo mejor de mí. Me ha enseñado que no tengo límites, que puedo reinventarme y que hay mucho más por descubrir dentro de mí misma. Esta plataforma es mucho más que un espacio digital: es una comunidad viva, creativa, diversa y poderosa.
Today I can only say: thank you. Thanks to Hive for giving me wings, thanks to those who read me for accompanying me on this path, and thanks to me for not giving up and keep creating. Happy anniversary to me! And may there be many more to come.
