Lately it’s been harder and harder for me to find the strength to get up and go to someone else’s business when I really really want to work on my art! I’ve been working on a few things that really help with my anxiety & depression. I think diet, exercise and art is my fail proof formula for staying balanced no matter what is going on in my life or in the world. As long as i create I’ll be ok. I will post my art works here soon, let me know if you all are interested in seeing what I do. I would really love to build a supportive community here.
