This song has a very honest spirit. No big production, no drama — just truth said in a quiet way. That’s what drew me to it. I wanted to keep that same tone in my version: simple, real, and without forcing anything.
Esta canción tiene un espíritu muy honesto. Sin mucha producción, sin drama — solo verdad, dicha de forma tranquila. Eso fue lo que me llamó la atención. Y quise mantener ese mismo tono en mi versión: algo sencillo, real y sin forzar nada.
Recording it took me a bit longer than usual. Not because it’s difficult, but because the song makes you slow down and be present. I tried to let the guitar breathe and let the words do their work.
Grabarla me tomó más tiempo de lo normal. No porque sea difícil, sino porque esta canción te obliga a bajar la velocidad y estar presente. Traté de dejar que la guitarra respirara y que las palabras hicieran lo suyo.
I kept it very stripped — just voice and guitar — because that’s how the song feels most authentic to me. I hope it gives you that same quiet feeling it gave me while playing it.
La mantuve muy sencilla — solo voz y guitarra — porque así es como esta canción se siente más auténtica para mí. Espero que les transmita esa misma calma que me dio mientras la tocaba.
